library/roles/smartgears/smartgears/templates/get-scopes.j2: Fix the creation of the container.xml file. Updates were failing because the file was not writeable.

Andrea Dell'Amico 4b9201e6f5 library/roles/smartgears/smartgears_egi_image/templates/smartgears-setup.sh.j2: Modifications to the smartgears setup script so it can now handle different java heap sizes based on the available memory.
