ganovelli e91db31568 first draft of the wrapper for cminpack (see http://devernay.free.fr/hacks/cminpack.html). 
It only wraps the lmdif function (non linear minimization 
of Sum_{i=0}^{M} ( F(x0,..,xN)_i ) ^2 ) with F:R^N->R^M
